Restrictions on Use
You may not use the Services if:
(a) you are unable to enter into a binding contract with us;
(b) you are located in a country subject to embargoes or restrictions by your country of residence or other relevant authorities;
(c) you appear on any government list of prohibited or restricted individuals or entities; or
(d) we have banned you from using the Services.

You agree to use the Services solely for your own personal use, not on behalf of any third party, and only in compliance with these Terms, our Policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. If any law prohibits your use of the Services, you are not permitted to use them. RandomNikNax is not responsible for any unlawful use of the Services.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must keep your Account and password secure and must not share them with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach, you must notify us immediately.

When using the Services, you agree not to engage in any actions or submit any content that:

1. infringes or violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights;

2. violates these Terms, our Policies, or any applicable laws;

3. involves unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable behavior;

4. attempts to bypass or undermine these Terms, our Policies, or any rules related to the Services or Promotions;

5. constitutes unauthorized advertising, spam, or bulk messaging;

6. collects or misuses personal data from other users;

7. risks the security of your Account or others’ accounts​

8. attempts to obtain another user’s login or security information;

9. impersonates another person, misrepresents your identity, or hides your true IP address;

10. disrupts or compromises the security or functionality of any computer network;

11. runs automated scripts, bots, or processes that interfere with the Services or place excessive load on our systems;

12. harms the Services, including by breaching security features, scraping or crawling data, or introducing viruses or malicious code;

13. copies or stores significant portions of the Services without our written permission;

14. attempts to reverse engineer or access the source code of the Services;

15. involves purchasing products you are not legally allowed to buy or use;

16. abuses promotions, discounts, or benefits, manipulates product pricing, or interferes with listings; or

17. attempts, assists, or encourages others to engage in any prohibited activity listed above.

If we reasonably determine that you have violated any of the above, we may take one or more of the following actions, in addition to any other remedies available:

1. remove or refuse to display any User Submission;

2. cancel your purchases and issue applicable refunds;

3. cancel any Rewards;

4. suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
